The IW team of 80+ brand builders combine distinct competences to offer our clients truly seamless brand journeys. We're busy growing and now we need to add more creatives to join our efforts.

What we seek:

You are an experienced and innovative creative thinker with a clear ability to add something new/exciting/interesting to the work we do. You are experienced within visual identities and/or packaging design, and have an outstanding portfolio to prove your skills.

Here are some of the skills that we are especially looking for:


• Strong conceptual thinking.
• Impeccable attention to detail and an executional expertise in their work.
• Strategic thinking through understanding, interpreting and transforming strategy into emotional and consumer facing creative output in relevant channels, from physical to digital.
• Ability and passion for handling complex projects and earning client trust.
• Inspiring and confident when presenting your work, both internally and externally.
• Team player that comfortably takes initiative, ownership and responsibility, that also leads and inspires others.

We see that you have a relevant educational background and at least 7 years of experience within your field.
